I'm Anoop Alazhathu. I've spent twenty-five years in IT delivery across India and Europe — the last four based in Hilversum, the Netherlands.

I know how IT teams in Kerala work. I know what European clients expect. The gap between the two is where most offshore relationships run into trouble.

I work with a small number of Kerala IT companies whose work I can stand behind. When there's a good fit with a European client, I make the introduction — and stay involved to make sure it goes somewhere.
